I'm not sure where to find VaticaED, but I can recommend some level editors.

For outdoors:
mat-edit
magic world

For Indoors:
3D Map Editor

All of these can be found in the showcase section of the dark basic section on the TGC website. (Might be DBP, bur check DBC showcase first)
