With trial and error i managed to get the right settings for exporting static X-objects from 3Dmax6. I don't know for the animations but let me know and make this the right post for Panda settings.

Switch it from binary to text. Text .X files do better in DBP. I would turn off mesh optimization.. Aside from that the settings look good.
