I've been through the manual and the only thing I've found is the
scroll object texture function...but that does not serve my purpose...so...here's what i was thinking....
a) Lock a sprite to the surface of an object with an opacity map and place it over my 3d object...(This one would present some serious problems cause it will only work on flat surfaces and it wouldn't support bump mapping...which I kinda need.)
or
b) Do I save the animated textures as various bitmaps and apply them to the object one by one and use the animation commands constantly to generate the textures animation flow....(this would support bump mapping but it would take alot of time).
Are their other ways of doing it...I need bump mapping and the animated texture...please help
