I have seen the light. And it is good.

Seriusly, in the two or three hours of playing this, I have come to know and love it. Now I just need to figure out the editor so I can start making maps...

EDIT: Oh gees, just got it. Its <insert annoying language name here>.
But yeah, it does rock . [EDIT #2: The game rocks, not the language, just to make that clear]

Leet is niether big or clever,
If you wish to speak any of the real ~140 languages used world wide then your welcome to; although don't expect many people to understand you around here... but using Leet is just a sign of some pathetically immature kid who has discovered that he can write boobies on a calculator by typing in '5138008' and turning it upside down.

Which is amusing for all of 3mintues when your 8, but seriously grow up.
The worst god damn part here is you don't even spell correctly, and your trying to promote a game that is actually good.

Go off buy a dictionary and then come back.
Great, just woken up and already in a god damn aweful mood.

1337 in moderation is toleratable. For example, the use of it in Megatokyo as an element of fashion or humor. To actually try to use it in meaningful communication is just silly.

Woah, woah, woah! Don't think of me as a noob, I don't usually use 1337, I just saw the "1337 Coder" post by Jimmy and one guy posted a whole message in 1337 so I thought you people didn't hate it...

And Raven, trust me, I'm not 8...
And plus, if you use a TI-82 (or higher) calc. then you can use the "ALPHA" button and actually write "boobies"...

Anyway, if you play Unreal, what is your game name?

EDIT: Yeah, Zircher, actually reading and trying to decipher it can be annoying and takes a long time.

Erm... perhaps to a forum full of 13yos. Right now your in a programmers forum, you want to use a funny language which doesn't piss everyone off then try Brainf*ck or Binary.
Leet is just quite plainly stupid.

Lett is so Cool! I use it all the time on MSN!
I don't think you're meant to use it on here tho!

... just because i understand it doesn't mean i wanna have to bloody read it. Get a bloody life.
And Blitz i don't know many 8yo's that own T89 Calculators, unless you happen to come from a v.rich family...
<£5 from WH Smith was about all my parents were ever willing to spend on a Calc, that would get you a nice Casio of somekind with the scientific controls you never actually got to use at school.
(it's not they didn't teach you, it's that you had to do everything except fractions on paper; atleast when i went to school)

And just for information my UT2K3/2K4 name is also Raven, my name happens to be in the UT League; but it isn't exactly high as I play just for fun now rather than Semi-Pro as i used to with Quake/2.

Yeah problem is now it is an extremely competitive sport, and it requires your fulltime attention of just playing selective computer games.

Useless Fact #13: More gamers want to develope games rather than play them professionally.

Binary takes longer to read, and it has absolutely no humor value. If you get your laughs out of staring at 1s and 0s, be my guest, but not the rest of the world .

why don't you take Magellan's useless fact to heart
but as i said, atleast it won't piss everyone off.

Useless fact: When the UNISYS 1170 crashes it returns a special error number, 3735928559. Translated into hexadecimal it spells DEADBEEF.

and since when mountain dew has been an energy drink? Out here, mountain dews are just full of sugar and low carbohydrate(sp?) amount. I just buy them if I'm thirsty AND hungry at the same time. (Sugar fools your stomach)

8/10 posters in this thread are over 16 and atleast 3 of us are over 21 ... the forum might have it's share of 13yo's but the certainly don't dominate here to warrent annoying net languages.

And Mountain Dew isn't a soft drink. It's just a fizzy water or something like that, can hardly be put in the same class as Coke Cola, Pepsi, Dandilion & Burdock, Dr Pepper, etc...

That depends on whether you percieve them as annoying, dosen't it?

Quote: "And Mountain Dew isn't a soft drink. It's just a fizzy water or something like that, can hardly be put in the same class as Coke Cola, Pepsi, Dandilion & Burdock, Dr Pepper, etc..."

It's loaded with the cheapest sugar possible, just as much as the others. I'd say it qualifies fine for the junk soda class.
