Would you say it's finished? It's got that "cardboard cutout" look to it that many people have when they've used side reference image.

You can go a step farther by selecting groups of faces and extruding. This will give it that added element of depth. It'll cost you maybe 40 more polys. Don't try and extrude tiny things like groves and stuff, that's what textures are for. Also, scaling will help. Select some verticies and scale them. It'll make your model look much more realistic. Have fun!

Do a google search for "iso milkshape3d video tutorials" there's some really good video tutorials on how to create 3D objects (including guns) and texture them.
