Does anyone have the address of a public FTP server - or at least one with a very small file allowence that you can use for free?

You see I'm gearing up for tests of my little chat-app and im gonna use a .txt file thats uploaded to an FTP account to tell all my clients where to connect to. I could use my own FTP space, but I'm relucant to give out my user name an password to a server with all of my files on.
