TrueVision is a 3D Modeller for Gnome (a major Linux Desktop Environment)

TrueVision3D (Which is what I suspect you meant) is a 3D development library, which can be accessed by most languages (C++, C#, Visual Basic, etc.).

Guess how I found that out? Google.

COM Objects wrapper for direct x for use with languages that can use com objects (C++, VB6, all .NET etc). All fine and good for c++ and vb6 but if youre using .NET langs (VB.NET, C#) then just use DirectX 9 SDK which contains both COM and pure .NET Classes for DX.
