Some of your screenshots are 1280x1024 images resized to 128x96 with the img tag. Make the thumbnails by resizing the original images in an image editor instead of using big images and making the browser resisze them. Some of your pages are 250kb bigger than they need to be so they take a long time to load. You also provide no way to look at the fullsize images.
