thats from when i connect to mIRC, i havnt changed anything, and i was just connected yesterday and i tried in Trillian and i get the same thing (btw, the port number (7000) changes with every try) so i was just wondering if it was jsut down or my computer

Its happened to me before, but i come back later and it usually works. Maybe just a glitch or something.
