Hey all,
I've been programming for a couple of months now and I've had this idea for a few of those months. This idea has changed a lot since it first5-8 differ began, in fact just to-day the whole intorduction changed completely. The main thing I want to know is wheter it's possible. What I'd like would be an FPS with hopefully around 5-8 different weapons, completely original and unique characters, noting from DarkMatter, 3d Cafe etc. An original soundtrack, and around 10 levels. I know what this sounds like, it sounds like a noobie post thats never going to go anywhere but beleive me, I have already done a LOT of planning for this game, I've mapped out some of the levels, desinged some enemies, weapons and written the storyline. Each process has been checked over again and again to make sure it is of a goofd standard and I beleive it is. All I need now is you people to agree that it is possible and I'll be off, on the long hard road to the never ending project. I arn't asking for a team, which is why this isn't in the team requests forum, I just need your thoughts.Thanks for reading.

Yes, it's possible. I'm planning a FPS-- of a very different sort than you're probaly thinking, though-- and have been looking over every aspect neccessary to create it for some time. It's quite possible.

It's possible so long as you don't go mad with the number of polygons for the characters. like 35000 or something. My first models had that many polygons......
