It took me just over 4 agonizing weeks to get my DBP.

4 weeks? I waited nearly 3 months! And never even got CharacterFX!

I waited 4 weeks for DarkBASIC, and then 3 weeks for Pro. I'm in the US, though. It all depends on location. (BTW: Since they sent me the wrong software (DB not DBPro), it might have been faster the second time.)

DBPro/3D Canvas Pro/Cartography Shop/Texture Maker/Dark Matter/DB Classic/Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0/Install Maker
I'm 11 and make games! Proof that it's easy!

They must like me. Ordered from TGC in early 2003. Received package in 4 days.

Just so you don't feel too bad...
Purchased DBC the same day from COMPUSA. Installed it. Loved it! Came to the site and realized, I really wanted DBpro. So I ordered it. Soon after I realized that TGC sold bundles, and with the $ I spent I could have purchased DarkMatter, Cartography shop etc...

It's still nice to have both to test other people's code. Plus for my 2D stuff DBC is quite stable. DarkEdit was my first download.

Ordered my first DB package yesterday and looks as if me being on the west coast of the US will indeed hinder the speed of delivery.

No matter, reading code here and there on the forums before I get it should help me along....... I hope...
