I have a few questions, as I am thinking of legally registering my business.

1. Which tax forms must be turned in for a sole proprietorship?

2. Are tax forms neccessary for a small business with less than 5,000 per year?

3. The Certificate of Assumed Name, is that the only thing I need to file to have a "registered" business?

Thank you for your time.

I don't remember what forms I had "filled out" because I registered my business online. But what I can answer is:

2) Yes, atleast in my state it is..

3) No

You think rap music is going away?

You doubtin' Super Rockin' Mister Magic?

Rap music for life!

What's wrong with you people!

Are you sick or something?

Are you on drugs?

Keep it locked on Wildstyle

That's right - Magic Land

Let's keep up the non-stop music with a very special track from Cybertron.

Am I making myself clear?

Let's keep it movin', y'all!

1. We don't know where in the world you are
2. The first, sorry, second thing you must have is a bank account, and they will tell everything else you need to know
3. The first thing you must have is a legitimate business plan to present to the bank.

Look - in all honesty and sincerity.

If you want to legally start a business, you should really wait until you are 18 years of age. According to this, you are still only a ten year old boy:

Many places require you to be 18 years of age before you can do certain things, such as starting a real business in the real world, etc.

Best of luck!

Thanks in advance, hope that site helps you out, i've got to fill in my tax form b4 september, but i don't think u pay tax for anything under £4,300 or so! It will be different rules for the US, it would help if you state ur location! Good luck mate!

Isn't it funny how I've never seen Whooly Mammoth games post in one of Z's articles? I guess he can't pull off talking to himself.

Must be that stupid, eh?
