i made my C: drive partition to small and now when it goes to store temp files on my c drive its to small. Is there anyway to make my c drive larger withought formatting and repartitioning, i have no unallocated drive space so i cant get it to extend using the disk management in the computermanagemt program in the control panel. im running windows xp home edition.

Edit: i used the command prompt diskpart to extend my c drive so now i can do things that require temp files.

It is very easy to move the TEMP location to another drive. You can also move the folder used for temporary internet files as well.

I also move my outlook express folder to another drive and I have also moved 'My Documents' to another drive.

Voila, problem solved.

Boo!
