i'm new to darkbasicpro and i want to make a program chatbot like the program eliza that was make years ago can someone sent an example to me.

Assuming you also have experience in QBASIC, go for it. Of course, if you're still new to programming then better step down and learn the basics before starting on a big project. Of course, you'll have to find a different resource if you want to know more about QBASIC because it's obsolete.
