Don't think there is any free code for a fighting game. You'll have to make your own.

There's free source with graphics and sound available on sourceforge.net for a fighting game engine. I think it's called KOF (not to be confused with king of fighters). Well originally it was KOF, but now I believe it's called FFE (Free fighting engine).

You can look at that and disect it. It'll give you head start anyways. Even if you just use the media provided.

Nope it's C, but I looked at it and I could figuer out what was going on. It wouldn't be too terribly hard to port something like this over.

why dont you try some other program like multimedia fusion for instance its really simple to use
http://www.clickteam.com i use it to make platformers and fighting games
