anything that is DirectX compatable is compatable with Pro by way of controlers, I have three types and they all work with Pro, if it works with games then it works with Pro (then again...if it`s made for a PS2 then your out of luck ).

you are serious?, if it works on a PC running Windows then it`s DirectX compatable, you realy ought to know SOMETHING about PC`s and their hardware/software before you start thinking about making Doom FullLife 36
seriously, look at the packaging, if it says it runs on a PC running Windows and a usb/joystick port then it`s compatable, if it says it requires a Macintosh and bluetooth then it most likley isn`t going to work

Ps: I just looked it up, it will work with DB but some bits like the enter button might not, that seems to more an issue with the axispad drivers than anything, in short, it will work as well in DB as it does in games, I have a usb force feedback joystick (wingman) and it all works fine in DB, force feedback and all the extra controls like the "hat" etc work ok.

If the pad works on any modern game, then chances are it's directx compatible.
