hehe here are some screenshots, just don't look at the FPS, I know, they're horrible, but that's because it's 800x600...I normally do it in 640x480, this is just a show off screenshot, that's all .

WOAH! I consider 13 fps pretty high for those specs. My laptop (600 mhz+ 8mb video card) cant even run dbpro games.

lol and I can do some junk games with DBPro, they're not so fast though, but I can run DBP games if they're done with Patch 4 or lower, 'cause patch 5 requires DX9 and my card can't support it. But I've played a Banshee Studios game (Star Wars Episode V) and it worked very good...it's really tricky to tie those AT-AT's

/edit: I wish I had your laptop...I could do a very wonderful thing in DBC with it anyway it seems like I'm gonna upgrade this christmas (if I go well in school )

hah yeah! help me mmm having the worst pc on the forum is an honor I'm the only one! XD just joking, if it's true that then I'll GREATLY appreciate it! (and I'll make more quality games! ) BTW I'm trying to fix some errors on the tilting and adding enemies. Also, I've uploaded a little demo, it just moves and rotates the turret, that's all, and the tilting error isn't sorted yet, but it's for you all to see this wonderful thing working!

http://galeon.com/ashgard/TMTest.zip

It's 906Kb and the exe isn't with media included...don't know why but I tried to include media and it was 57Mb O_o

Anyway I hope you all like it!, and tell me how many FPS did you got! (with system specs if it's possible)

It stayed at 50 fps for me, and I don't consider my video card to be that great.(nVidia tnt2 Pro 32 mb) Looking really good, DarkGuy . You may want to look at the LimitRush tutorial for the tilting, as it does a very good job at it.

System specs:
Custom built computer by me
Processor: AMD Athlon xp 2000+
80 & 20 GB 7200 rpm hard-drives
Video Card: nVidia tnt2 pro 32 mb(Need to upgrade...)
DirectX 9.0b

@Jimmy
Yeah, let's help this poor guy out!

hyrichter: at least your 3D card is 4 times better than mine...for being 50 fps at 800x600 is very very good...not even my PC can archieve that in 320x200!

Oh and, I use the Limit Rush tutorial for all my tilting needs yeah, it's a very nice tutorial. I used exactly the same formulas, the problem was that I used too small units for moving and all that. It's fixed now

BTW nice PC you have there

heheh you all are so kind really, if I can get some money I can upgrade my PC...for example, with 10-20$ I can buy some good RAM (perhaps one or two of 128) , a better sound card or even a better 3D card! . I know, 10-20$ for you all isn't too mucb really, but for me is a lot .

Anyway I'm finishing polishing some details and I posted on the DBC forum to see if anyone can help me out with a problem there. Once that is solved, I'll add some enemies, explosions and camera effects...and perhaps I'll release a little demo .

I believe that there's a code in the codebase (I'm not sure if it's from R_Kabouter) that does that using memblocks, search for that there, because I'm sure I saw it
