I got one of my Swedish colleagues to translate the compo in the newsletter into English. It turns out the hgames have to be Macromedia based, but if anyone's ineterested here it is anyway...
Quote: "Submit your games!
Here is your big chance to show your talents in the game world. We want you to submit your own web-games.
Every week two winners are selected by a jury consisting of the editors of Kontroll and a SVT representative.
The games are reviewed and marked? judged? in different criteria, but the most important is the amount of joy (stupid sentence). Also the technical aspect is looked into (interface, graphics etc.)
The decission of the jury can not be appealed. Any prize tax? is payed by the winner.
This weeks prizes:
1st Prize: Playstation 2 with the game This Is Football
2nd Prize: The game This Is Fotball
Technical specs:
Submitted games must be Macromedia Flash or Director/Shockwave applications.
Svt.se use these two plugins to make it possible for users to play games on svt.se.
Games made in Flash should work in Flash Player 6 and games made in Director should work in Shockwave Player 8.5. Big Flash/Shockwave applications should be divided in files no greater than 300k a piece and preferably have a loading sequence (loading screen?). The size of the game screen should not be greater than 650*420 pixels.
Applications may not communicate with other applications or servers, they have to work locally. If svt.se decides to publish a game submitted to Kontroll's contest, the game must be reviewed in detail. In that case Svt.se will contact the developer and all Flash(.fla) and Director(.dir) files must be sent to svt.se for approval.
All fonts used in Flash or Director must be submitted as TrueType or PostScript and work on a PC. Please make sure to enter good comments in the code.
Rules and legal information:

- insults of other persons, living or dead
- encouragement? of violence and/or other criminal actions
- threats towards people and/or companies
- account? of violence (hard point to translate.. just keep away from violence and it's OK)
- any kind of pornography
- obscenities or other offending material
- violation of professional secrecy and/or confidentiality
- glorification of narcotics, alcohol or tobacco
- political messages in a non-democratic context
- advertising or specific support? benefit? of products/services or companies
