I was just looking around the other day, like ya do when I thought. "There's a hell of a lot of free stuff on the web" like ya do. So I decided to put this post here so hopefully everyone who knows where to get something for free can post a link and we can all download it so we can all save money and get rich (but if we stop buying things then wouldn't the value of money drop, ah well.)
First off there's this website which has a free web editor on it and a few other things, you have to register but that just means ebtering your e-mail addy so they can send you a password to unlock your download.

And then there's this which is a great free paint tool, it does change your files quite a bit though (shows them all as GIMP files instead of .JPG .PNG etc)but if you want something better then MSPaint and don't have an alternative, give it a shot.

So if any of you know where something can be had for free, post a link and we can all rejoice in our new found free-ness. (I wonder who'll be the first to say free sub domain at dbspot)
