Can somebody help me make a basic RPG Battle System like Final Fantasy 7,
And can somebody tell me how to make 3D Characters, Buildings, and Objects?

Nobody has a name...

Check out the Big RPG Tutorial in the Work In Progress section for starters.

As for the 3D stuff, what have you tried to do on your own? Most people here pull themselves up by their boot straps rather than getting spoon feed. It's much easier to help someone when they have specific questions. Don't forget to check out the 3D forum and as a new user read all the sticky posts.
