sorry every, I hate to be such a newbe, but I just started DarkBASIC programming and I know that .x graphics are used to make the 3d in DB. Just how do I make them? .x? does that have to do anything with DirectX?

Yes, .x files are direct-x objects, used by DarkBASIC for 3D pieces. Look around the message board and you will find links to many different editors/creators of these images, depending upon your expertise, need and budget. Try the tutorial for beginners first.

Any truly great code should be indisguishable from magic.

DarkBASIC can create files and memblocks
you can make memblocks from meshs and then
write the info to a file.

If you tweek around with it you can make
your own XFile or better yet your own
model format.
