The command (compile csg) is in the keyword files
but I get an Error:

Could Not Understand Command At Line #??



are the commands bad.

COMPILE CSG INPUT XFile,OUTPUT XFile
COMPILE CSG INPUT XFile,OUTPUT XFile,Epsilon


whoops bad Rem Line in source code down here

just a quick reply, but make sure there is a space after the word rem.

I`m thinkin I should be asking about this in
the DBPro forum but from what I understand
I`m stuck in the Newcomers forum.


Started with DarkBASIC Classic 2002
Have updated to DarkBASIC Pro 2004

Sorry SCI_CO, compile csg command was taken out after Patch 4 for Dark Basic Professional.

It'll be redone in a later patch.(6 or 7)
I had the same problem a little while ago, so here's the thread for more details.

Thanks MikeS that helps a lot

now I can start a work around

I`m working on point by point mesh creation
then on to push & pull mesh editing
then meatballs

I don`t like sitting around waiting for an update
but when it comes I will be happy

I`m starting to see its like car motor
you can get a short block or a long block
the short block is missing some pieces and
the long block is complete

DarkBASIC Classic as long block
DarkBASIC Pro as short block

IIRC CSG has to do with BSP right? In the meantime, why not get another CSG compiler like the one for half-life (Zoner's HL tools)?

@Phaelax: CSG means Constructive Solid Geometry.
