I'm not sure about anywhere else but here the temperature has been pretty high for the past couple of days. I've been sweating like a pig, but my PC is much worse for wear - the fan just can't take it. I'm sure the heat is causing my CPU to overheat, can it's creating alot of errors on my box.

Is there an easy way of making my pc extra cool??

I would suggest this site, they explain pretty well how they cooled it down.

buy a new fan ya cheapskate... they only cost like £15 for a decent one!

or just get yourself one of those mini-beer fridges, modify the door to handle the cables comming out and put your entire system inside it; put it down to around -5 should keep it nice and cool ^_^

Pouring a jug of freezing cold water into your case should help a little

stick it in your freezer, then run the monitor, keyboard and mouse cables out, and close it, it 'should' stay cold

or just mod one of those mini fridges to be the actual case. Then just plug your monitor and other periphs into it and your set!

you are right. Especially if you live in the South. For example, Charleston, SC. I got the central air on and still hot.

Isn't nitrogen n2o? I forget my chemical formulas. I can tell you how to use water to make fire though.

Whenever we get around to it, my friend and I are going to test a new method of cpu cooling we've came up with. I have an old athlon 650mhz lying around we're gonna play with. If we're not careful though, we could actually freeze the cpu completely. Imagine the energy of a fridge, condensed into a cube about 1cm big.

liquid nitrogen would just be N2 (mini two) + theres no o in nitrogen nor is there oxygen in it so its not an O, LN2 would be the element L, which doesnt exist so sorry for bitching
