Newcomers DBPro Corner / Problem executing code

I've just downloaded the trial version of DBPro (V5.3) and when I run a test program, it seems to compile OK but when it goes to execute the machine locks up and CPU utilization goes to 100% and I can only shut down the project app through Task Manager. I installed DirerctX 9.0b and OS is XP Home on a relatively new machine with plenty of horsepower. Any ideas??

What code are you trying to run? Copy and paste it so we can see what your trying to do.

WAS DOING AN FPS BUT RAN AWAY AND STARTED ON MISSILE COMMAND INSTEAD.
