Hey buds, whats going down at the moment?

Anyway is there anyone who can help me with this problem that I currently have using Macromedia Flash MX 04

Ok, to start with, I am making a prensentation, so I can basically have a flash website...trouble I got here, is a want a picture to fly across the screen, I can do this, but, it continues to do the same thing in the time line, it's basically looping all the time, so instead of it only going round once, it's continuing going round, can someone tell me, how I can make it loop just once, and then basically, stop, unticking the box that says "Loop" does not help

Anyone a good expert that can help me?

Regards

A

Make sure your last frame is a keyframe. then goto last frame. Bring up 'Actions - Frame' toolbar by the bottom. Then type stop()

Click 'Window' on the menu bar. Click 'Development panels'. Then click Actions.

Or just press f9

Thanks again Dgamer

Also one other question, pretty tricky actually, does anyone know how to make a form submission?

I can make the text box where they fill out there name, but when it comes to the submit button, what code would I need to make it go through the CGI and send there information to my email

Remember I wanner do this in Flash, so does anyone know what codes I would be using?

Thanks and I hope you know where I'm coming from

for the first problem create an art or movie and place it in that then add the stop to the end of that instance.

for the form processing create the fields required and then point the data with the geturl command and point it to your post form script.

eg: php mail processing script.

you can see an example of something like this at the bottom of the navigation in this site i made a while ago.

visit the website www.flashkit.com for more contextual help

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself
