Does anyone have a site on freewebs.com? If you do it would really be a help if you could tell me how to attach files. I want to make my dbpro game downloadable. So, if you help me out, in a couple of minutes you might find yourself playing my very cool game. Actually I need help with a problem so in the download you'll get the code as well.

It may be because you are using a pre-made template. Back when I used freewebs I uploaded my own site and downloadables.

As Dgamer said, it's pretty darn slow, lycos is good for ftp

I'm a noob. Freewebs is all I can afford and use. Not to mention I just graduated junior high. So people think I'm stupid. I'm just a highly intelligent teenager who can program.

Stop trying to impress us with your lack of age, and try impressing us with a little bit of maturity instead.

Hey, Manticore Night, I just downloaded your 10a racing, shooting game from your site on freewebs. It downloaded pretty fast. I think these people are mistaken. I think they download games slowly because they have dial-up.

Yeah.

About half the people here are teenagers. You sound like a real twat calling yourself highly intelligent.

Especially when you obviously aren't.

If you'd quit being annoying, Jimmy might hook you up with dbspot. The games I've downloaded from there have downloaded the fastest (280 kb/sec or faster )

edit: I've been here for 4 months and only posted 67 messages. You've probably posted about 200 already.

Gloating Guhill, can I ask you what you understand with programming, being able to write programs such as Hello World?

Its not a bug, its a feature!

I know a limited amout of 2d and 3d commands in DB. A lot of text commands. I've read a lot of the Beginner's Guide To Darkbasic Game Programming. I understand variable pretty well. I understand functions, subroutines, data, read, if statements. I have started a 3d RPG in DB. I have started (barely) a 2d Adventure game. Yet, I have much to learn. But since I got dbpro I kinda need a fresh start. Dbpro is kinda different from DB. I want to be treated seriously from now on. Yesterday was fun and all, but if I ever want to be a game developer, I'm gonna have to change and act mature like Manticore.
