For some reason, in Darkbasic classic you can't print while you have images on the screen. Which makes it very hard to make a 2d game that you want to show the character's health or something. I'm just saying. It doesn't really matter anymore for me... I just purchased dbpro from this site.

You might want to check is the TEXT command works better.
