I was wondering if it is possible with DBP to add all of your external used files (like for example the bitmaps and mp3's) inside the .exe file or to have them in .dat files or something ?

I don't like the fact my bitmaps are accessible and was wondering the way to hide them.

you can include them using the media button in the project sidebar.
