What you see is a very simple code to move a cube, one flaw however, the cube moves incredibly fast? Any solutions??

Sure. You might try 0.2 for a Move value. Experiment with a Turn value of 1.0 As it is now if you keep your finger on the key and have a sync rate of 40 you would turn around five times every second.
