I have around 180 dollars and i dont know if i want to buy the geforce fx 5700 ultra or a 1 gb stick of ram not really sure. cause i have 512 mb ddr pc3200 right now and i dont know if i should buy the video card or the ddr ram. i know my sig says 1.5 gb ddr ram but the ram i bought off ebay the guy ran out of stock so i got my money back and i dont know what to buy now. wish i had enough for both but i have to wait another week before i have enough money to buy both and i dont want to wait another week.

amd athlon 3000 +333fsb||3.0 ghz||1.5 gb DDR PC3200 RAM||Nivida fx 5200 256 mb video card||200 gb hard drive||

firstly would you mind reducing your signature image. Its alittle too large thanks.


512 is enough for now, go with a video card so you can practise shaders etc.. cant do that with ram.

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself

I'd definitely buy a thumbnail program, your sig doesn't fit on a 1024 wide browser session.

im not spoiled i work for my money.

and its going to take me 40 years to save up enough money for a life so ill just go get a life card from the life game good enough?
