Add target="_NewWindowName" to the form tag.

Do you already have your form HTML code in place?

For example :

<form name="form1" method="post" action="">
<p>
<input type="text" name="textfield">
</p>
<p>
<input type="submit" name="Submit" value="Submit">
</p>
</form>

Where do I place the target frame bit in?

So you want them to click a link, and it to open a new page which has the sign-up form on it? Or you want it so they fill in the sign-up form, and when they click submit, it opens a new window?

Also, what are you signing up? If you're trying to register users to your website, for example, you'll need a php or asp backend/database, which I'm guessing you don't have if you don't know how to do a form. Either that, or the form contents will need to be emailed to your address via their email client.

What's your sign-up form for?

In the <form> tag.

I use target="_blank" in my sites.

Also, you know where you can get professional images for your site? (Royality free)

Because it's hard for me to make my own images
