Anyone use it? My mum installed it recently on recommendation from some service technician, and its been ok, i've had no complaints with it, but now all of a sudden its blocking all internet related things, which it didn't do before. Anyone give any help? i've had to disable it at the mo which leaves the comp pretty open to attack.

you have to configure it to accept certain things - internet explore and outlook should auto configure but there are some programs that need to be configured manually, you should get a message saying that an program is attempting to acess the internet, but that is as much as i know really i use an older version
