I read that programs in dbc are "License and Royalty FREE!" does that mean that you can sell your stuff without a licence?

It means you owe TGC nothing, you own what you make. You would probably still license your game to protect yourself.

Yes, it means that having bought Dark Basic, anything you create in it is your code free and clear. As for actually selling your code, as Batvink said, you'd probably want to license it on your own or through the publishing house where you distribute it.

Any truly great code should be indisguishable from magic.
