Ok a game usally needs good music...I know theres a midi maker where you select intruments on different levels etc and create your own song...but its there a Mp3 maker that you can make your own mp3 songs from generated intruments?

Fruityloops. Its not necessarily an mp3 maker but a music maker. It does export to mp3. You can use preset instruments or you can make yor own. Or if you have more money, try Reason. Its like fruityloops, but better. I suggest you talk to Jeku or Fallout about music making, as I know they have done some

Yes, I highly recommend Reason as well. The instruments sound great, and you can export your song to WAV, then compress it MP3/WMA/whatever afterwards.
