It's in c++ of course. But I thought a few ppl might find it handy. If I have the time, I may look at trying to port it to DB. Not sure if they gave the legal authority to allow that or not.

Theoretically you could (and charge for it as well if you wanted) - you probably wont be using any of the C code if it was being ported to DB...
