how do you write a routin that moves the enemies in the game realistically. Rather than writing a lot of move object..... left.... right or whatever - is there a global routine that will do this realistically - and then how would u get them to follow you ??

I've just noticed the number of questions that you are asking - I haven't got a problem with this, but maybe you should start with a smaller project and build up from there rather than diving off the deep-end.

I'll suggest what everyone else does here - try writing a pong first, then maybe build it up to a breakout.

Also, don't stop playing with different commands. They don't have to do anything useful, but they should help you to build an understanding of the things you can or can't do.

Once you learn to do the little things, you'll find that the bigger things are mostly just combinations of them.
