What is the best software for me to use if I wanted to create an underwater adventure, or something where water visuals will be a priority.

Thats a tricky one. Only thing I can tell you is learn your shaders. Im sure youll need them if youre going to do anything REALLY cool. Look for neos ultimate shader thread in the main dbpro forum. Good place to start.
