If you're an IRC user, this should be enough info to get you into the room. If you are not a regular IRC user, do not fear.... I'm writing a DB script in mirc, for the noob IRC users among us

Just remember to pet the kitty on your way in

Lol, almost done now and all will be good.

There's a couple of things that users of the script will have to do though, like registering their nicknames.... but not to worry, there's some handy windows I've made to make it painless =)

OK, It's all done peeps =)

Here's the installer:
http://www.sepherion.co.uk/dbscript/files/sepherion.exe

After you install it and run it the first time, it will detect that it is a first time run, and load the Sepherion Options screen. Before you edit these options, click the button shown in the picture below:

Click on this button, to open the Main Mirc options window. The below window will open up:

Enter your name, email, nickname and alternative nickname. The alt nickname is what you use after rejoining IRC from a disconnection or PC crash, IF your main nickname still hasn't timed out from the IRC server. Then click OK (there's no need to edit any other options).

Do not worry however, there is a feature within Sepherion that lets you remove these "ghosts", should you do get cut off or crash =).

Now fill out the Sepherion Options screens. Again input your nickname details, desired password, and also the messages you wish to use for the away system (going afk).

Proceed through the tab screens, they're all self explanatory =), and when you are finished, press OK.

Once you have done all this, click on connect, pictured below:

You will be prompted to register your nickname. The window will open automatically, displaying instructions. Don't worry, it's all easy to follow and do =).

Once you have done that, everytime you reconnect to IRC, you simply login =).

Hapy IRCing everyone =D.

NOTICE: This is designed for use on the hashnet IRC network, so if you wish to use other networks, you will have to perform all nickname commands etc, manually. Also the login sends info to "nickserv", which might not be safe on some networks. Use on other IRC networks at your own risk, I will not accept any liability or responsibility if your hashnet nickname is messed with, via any "leaks".

Uhm... the file is there, but something stops it from downloading... maybe my host tries to execute exe files when they are called..

Click here for the installer in a zip.
