I am experienced with HTML and Javascript, have moderate experience with ASP/PHP. I have a question though, as I can design good looking websites with a decent amount of Dynamic Content, but I would like to know how I can implement a navigation bar that has links that can be updated via a form. Should I use PHP for this?

There's no problem so large it can't be solved by killing the user off, deleting their files, closing their account and reporting their REAL earnings to the IRS.
