I'm from the great state of Massachusetts. We own because A) we have gay marriage, you know... that whole thing about caring about civil liberties and such, B) we burned people for witchcraft and now have the largest population of practicing neo-pagans (they can legally get married here), C) we have the third most expensive place to live in the country and it's actually SCENIC unlike NY and SF, D) we have the pilgrims, the colonizers of our country, and E) our war for Independence started here. Only downside is that you're either a left-wing hippie extremist or you're a Democrat (yes, Democrats are right wing here, we earned the name Democratachusetts) and we have the highest drug use of any state per square mile.
