I have a 8x16 sprite, which I need to become 40x60. any suggestions?

Redraw it!

Seriously, I'm not just trying to be funny. If you scale a sprite that percentage I can guarantee that It will not look anything like what you want it to.

If you are not good with pixels post the image here and I'll redraw it for you. or email it to me.
