Yeah this a message boards I have made and it has DarkBASIC section, if you join this the first 10 get modding power and the first five get global modding power. Anyways if enough Dark BASIC users join then I can add much more specific categorys like resources and tutorials. So here's the hyperlink:

If you could (just so I know who you are) use your TCG forum ids that way I would no how many DarkBASIC users have joined the forums.

There are waaaaayyyy to many boards there, its best only to have a few when starting a message board, all those 0's scare people off. Maybe you should join some of them into more broader categories.
