Ok for some reason when I use Window media player and go to Battery Random its really chunky until I right click something on it is there a way to fix this? and also if I do Ctrl Alt Delete under system processes theres on process named System Idle Process which is at like 93% of the CPU but the memory usage is only 20k and I cant close it..

System idle process means "cpu power that's not being used". Would be a hell if it were to be 0%, now was it?
