how do I install or get the OpenGL libary?

the hedder files.

Like header files, but more cheesy and lacking the "C"

@Slayer,

You should already have the libraries installed. The header files are specific to your compiler, and they should already be installed too.

If you are using Dev-C++, then the header files will be here:

C:\Dev-Cpp\include\GL

They are called gl.h, glext.h and glu.h
