Hi,

I have just written some small source code that utilises one of the people objects from darkmatter.

Basically i wanted to write a small code that when i press the up or down key the character animation kicks in and the model appears to walks; However when i depress the key i wish the model to come to a natural animated halt rather than me just hiding the model, and showing the stationary model and it looking choppy and stopping un-naturally. How can i achieve this. I have attached my source code.

Hi, I am having the same problem, have you been able to find an answer yet, if so could you help me?
Thanks

Daniel.

Heres what I would do-

1) When you stop pressing a key, start a timer
2) Slowly decrease your objects SET OBJECT SPEED every timer loop
3) Keep the object moving -slightly- (while the object is still slowing down)
4) When your object is at the end of its walking loop, stop it.
