Hello, I've just started out on DBP, and I have some questions.
In DBP, you load images and assign them to numbers, right?

Well, the question is, is there any good way to properly manage them? I am asking this because I'm finding having 10s of sprites assigned to numbers quite confusing

any advice will be appreciated
thank you

Group them.

Using a shoot-em-up example, use sprite 1 for your ship, sprites 10-13 for power-ups, 20-29 for your shots etc.

Best also to leave gaps like I've shown - they don't cost you anything and this will allow you to expand the group sizes later - you may want more power-ups displayed!
