I vaguely remember how those games are played, besides snake. I would really love some demos, preferably as close to the original as possible. Well in case you dont know what the games are (yeah right) they are, scorched earth, operation wolf. Help please.

I've heard of this pretty slick gizmo called a search engine. Rumor has it that it can search the internet using keywords. It sounds like black magic to me, but you might want to give it a try.

Update, it took me about 50 seconds TOTAL time to find links to a Scorched Earth demo and PC conversion/MAME ROMs for Operation Wolf. The bottom line is that you haven't even tried to look.

and nobodies gonna care if you want to download the op wolf rom just to see what it looks like.. I did, and if anybody's got a problem with it..too bad It's long gone off my computer already..played it for a total of 5 minutes just to see what it was..

As for snake...there's a very cool 3d version of it here::
http://www.addictinggames.com/snake3d.html

and scorched earth::

(i couldnt get this version to work, but there's a million other links to the same concept)

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=Operation+Wolf+download&btnG=Search&meta=

Both searches contain multiple downloads for both games.

You say that about other people, yet you didn't bother to do a google search first.

Heres a good Operation Wolf demo if you haven't found one yet: Clicky

Cheers,
Preston

Hey, no problem. I know I'm an ass from time to time. Telling someone to help themselves is not the worst thing that anyone can say.

AlienMan, I'll throw you a bone. Look up MAME. It is an arcade machine emulator. Download the Operation Wolf ROMs and you will be able to play the real McCoy. And yes, I did find links the original Scorched Earth PC game, the official Operation Wolf port for the PC, and the MAME ROMS for Operation Wolf in less than a minute. I figured if it was that easy anyone should be able to do it. You also probably have not looked at the other competition threads on this forum and followed any of the links already posted there.
