Switched from Win98 to Win XP and my order key no longer works. Support said they would clear the key out so I could "create" a new one. Only problem is that I have purchased the online version of DB Pro (cant use the CD verifier to create a new one). My oder key doesn't exist anymore so I'm stuck (I guess support wiped out my order key off the server). I didn't know to save any files because it wasnt mentioned (at least not very obvious) It's been 15 days on this and support wont get back to me, so I ask anyone, can you help me or at least give me some advice?
