Newcomers DBPro Corner / Only compiles correctly in DeBug mode

I made a menu and it used to run fine but all the sudden it stoped running, i think windows at one time even gave the compiler a "Sudden shut down woudl you like to send a report of microsoft" things but then it stoped saying that and now when i run it the menu just sits tehre so i thought maybe it wasnt seeing the mouse varables so i made it out put that and they came up 0 and then i tryed it in debug mode and it runs fine liek its suposto but when i run it again numorally it doesnt work again any idea? the codes here:

and if i run it in windowed mode and click the x on teh top left it exits the program but it still runs in the back ground slowing everything untill i go to windows task manager and end it from there but it doesnt do that in the debug version

Are you changing the "Application Window Caption" in the ide? That can sometimes cause problems with the mouse and other stuff.

If you need to change the window caption leave it as it is in the ide and change it in code with SET WINDOW TITLE.

Also backup your project file (.dbpro) and then delete it. Then open the source (.dba) and let the ide create a new project file. If it doesn't fix it restore the backup. Sometimes the ide corrupts the project file which can cause some odd problems.
