cool, i suspected as much after reading several threads a while back

any idea how long it took him (or you if rich answers this )?

[edit] + what methods did you use rich, i mean like mysql and the pages - is it one big page which uses PHP to separate or lots of pages like phpBB

Yeah it's a MySQL core with a set of class files (it's all object driven) to handle the forum threads, messaging and users. I wouldn't recommend going down the "one page does it all" route if you can avoid it, it's easier to develop if you don't and less load on your server.

yeah i wasnt going to, im making a very simple forum to start off with, wiyh 5-10 pages that double up as lots of stuff. so login is also register, etc

btw i didnt find anything on search

sorry for typos and simple lang: cant see keyboard

Hello,

Bit Off-topic. Why do Apollo not have some sort of notification system like it was in the old Forum (from DBC days)? You had received an email from topics in which you have post something. So you could make a reply not needing to remember where you have post something or not. Or is this option available and I haven't found it yet ?
